Quality policy in the narrow sense
Guideline 1: Orientation to quality
"Quality counts". Quality is our crucial tool during daily work to satisfy and exceed our customers', share holders' and staff's expectations.
We rely on quality management as per ISO 9001:2015 and on a continuous improvement of quality. Continuous improvement takes place within a standardized approach resp. a process in terms of ISO 9001:2015. Regarding engagement and continued employment of colleagues we focus on people believing in the possibility of a contiuous improvement.
Quality is the deciding factor of success for our company.
Guideline 2: Compliance with quality standards
The normative framework results from general quality standards, in particular the requirements according to ISO 9001:2015 are decisive for us.

The optimisation focuses on the business process
The „quality guru“ W. E. Deming stellte stated: „85 % of the causes for non-fullfillment of customer requirements result from procsses and supporting systems and are not caused by the employees! The management is responsible for improvement of processes and not for the improvement of employees!"
