Power Switch

Introduction
The power switch is designed to fit the R1 mobile robot. It provides a 5 Amp fuse along with a DPDT switch and a 2.1mm DC power jack for connecting a charger.
Components
The kit includes:
1 x Mounting bracket
3 x Self tapping fixing screws
1 x Panel mount fuse holder
1 x 20mm 5 Amp fuse
1 x DPDT switch, On-Off-On
1 x 2.1mm DC power Jack.
Assembly and Wiring
The fuse holder is easiest to fit first. Pass this though the D hole in the bracket and tighten the plastic nut on the inside.
When fitting the switch note the notched washer that prevents the switch rotating. There is a hole on the inside of the bracket that this notch locates into.
Finally the jack socket is fixed into place. Follow the wiring diagram below making sure there are no shorts, particularly around the switch.
